Big 10 Snoreball

I can't remember a more cup-runneth-over night of simultaneously televised big sports match-ups than last Saturday:

+ USC v. Stanford on Versus (7:00 PM)
+ Cincinnati v. Rutgers on the deuce (8:00 PM)
+ LSU v. Florida on CBS (8:28 PM)
+ Missouri v. Nebraska on ESPN (9:15 PM)
+ Rockies v. Phillies NLDS on TBS (9:30 PM)
+ Ohio St. v. Purdue on ABC (bor-ing - Big 10 snoreball)


I mainly stuck with Mizzou v. Nebraska, since I enjoy watching Nebraska get drubbed and Mizzou was bee bopping and scatting all over the place. But I caught some of each of those games (except for Ohio State v. Purdue). Nice!

+ Best sports entity Gregg Doyel and I feel the same way about Oklahoma tailback DeMarco Murray. Since my life is veering in a Big 12 direction, maybe I should adopt OU as a team? I always liked Adrian Peterson when he was a Sooner. It's tough to go against the Hawk at CU, though. Anyway, DeMarco Murray is pretty good.
