After living right down the street for months on end, TK finally drops by the Lounge with some homemade brownies and right away wants to start rearranging the furniture? You should just be glad there was still a front door.
Perhaps I'm watching too many of those house-flipping shows and have it in my head to possibly flip a website and sell it to the WWL or SI (a la True Hoop) for a nifty profit?
