Mav-liscious

These Mavs unis are freakin' sweet!!

After lighting up the Mavs to the tune of 62 points in three quarters Tuesday night, Kobe Bean made the rounds on ESPN yesterday (PTI, SportsCenter). It looked like the questions Tony and Wilbon and Fred Hickman asked were scripted and Kobe-approved. Also, on two occassions (one in each interview) Kobe unleashed a laugh that was so fake it was laughable. Kobe's obviously trying to get back some of that endorsement money.

I didn't know ESPN selected the NFL Pro Bowl lineups. How else do you explain Michael Vick aka Michael Pick aka Ron Mexico making the NFC roster? Could it be his brilliant 71.8 QB rating? It has to be his impressive touchdown-to-interception ratio of 13-to-12. It must be his propensity to unleash worm-burning passes and overshoot WRs by 15 yards whenever he wants. Kudos, ESPN. Thanks for making the Pro Bowl even more unwatchable.

Annendum: Memo to ESPN: The Falcons aren't good. They won't even make the playoffs this year. And Vick's QB rating is good for 27th in the League.

Is it just me? The Pope looks creepy and inherently evil in this Christmas photog. Yikes.
