Last night, after watching two repeats of The Office, I caught the season premiere of 10 Items or Less (Tuesdays, 11:00 PM on TBS - very funny). TBS ran some spots for it in the weeks preceeding, which were somewhat annoying, but I gleaned some positive buzz for the show off the print and e-media so I gave it a shot.How did I totally whiff on season one of this show?
10 Items of Less favorably compares to The Office (deft programming move slotting it directly following, TBS) only it is a bit more bold due to its 11:00 PM slot and being on cable. If you're looking for a quirky, funny show set in a grocery store that is rivals with a supermarket across the street, I advise you to check out 10 Items or Less.
