After two years of being boxed up due to inability (it just stopped working during the SusCom era) and no need (connection-jacking), my Airport Extreme has returned! I am both proud and excited that I was able to get it working again, and that it is working again and better than ever (knock on wood). For those not mac-ing, Airport Extreme is really a fancy, aesthetic wireless router that creates a wifi network for my laptop. Or something like that. Anyway, I am no longer bound by an ethernet cord!
In less nerdy news, I stopped at Target on my way home from work and picked up a nice, shag area rug. I grew an appreciation for mistercellaneous' shag area rug, and I vowed I would get one for my own place. I just really like the feeling of my feet on it. It is soothing and relaxing. And it adds a nice touch.
I was going to order some stuff online from IKEA today to round out my apt. Upon checking out, my order totalled approximately $117. Nice! However, shipping of said merch would run upwards of 250 large. Wtf?!? So...I guess I'll be making a trip to Conshohocken one of these days.
I think I'm going to go watch the supersized The Office ep I missed last Thursday. Maybe Scrubs, too.
