As I posted yesterday, I got together with my brother (and his girl J) to catch Hot Fuzz. Nice. Afterwords, we headed back to the 'rents for a Sunday dinner. This led to that and without further hem-hawing, I've become infected with the Wii virus. I want one, if only for Wii Sports alone. Tennis was the coolest, and boxing was lots of fun, too! I have some stuff on my plate, but needless to say, acquiring a Wii is now one of my top three - nay, top two priorities.
After about a year of being without digital cable, I am relishing my access to MTV Jams and MTV Hits. Watching Hits over the weekend, I caught a Playlistism>Animation Block that featured Lily Allen's "Alfie". I thought my appreciation of Lily had plateaued, but after hearing said single I think it has bumped up a notch again. I like the song generally more than the vid, but here it is:
