Addition By Subtraction

UPN + WB = The CW Network. Seems like a logical decision, since the decent/okay/critically-acclaimed shows from UPN (Everybody Hates Chris, America's Top Model, Friday Night Smackdown, Veronica Mars) and the decent/okay/critically-acclaimed shows from the WB (Gilmore Girls, Smallville) would actually make up one mediocre network.
