Eject!

LRK's car wouldn't start last week. She had a local garage look at it. The verdict: bad starter and bad battery.

Aside - when LRK and I visit the grocery store, we "bid" (a la The Price is Right) on what we think the bill will be. (I usually win.) Anyway, we decided to do the same thing with the garage bill. As it turned out, we were both under by a pretty solid amount. So, as I am aught to do, I examined the bill when I got home from work.

I have to say, the sting of the bill was lessened a bit, for me, when I saw the garage installed a Interstate Megatron battery. Megatron? That is cool. LRK now has this guy rocking under the hood:

For my next battery, I would like the Interstate Soundwave.
