A River Runs Through It

Today I headed up to "The Stretch" in Blakesee for fly fishing with some co-workers and clients. Yeah, they were calling me "A River Runs Through It" by the time the day was out. But really though, my fly fishing experience was a tale of two times of day. In the morning, I had a lot of fun. I got a couple nibbles, the weather was nice, an adolescent chipmunk crawled within three feet of me (I snapped some pics). We should have just ended it at lunch. Afterwords, I was full and drowsy, the weather became really hot, and the fish weren't biting. The verdict: fly fishing, for me, is probably something one-and-done.

Tonight I'm just chilling and watching a movie. Alpha Dog or Children of Men? I'm 95% positive I'll go with ol' JT and Alpha Dog.
