New Kicks

+ I started reading "The Areas of My Expertise" yesterday and it is pretty amusing. I chuckled more than a few times and laughed a number of others. I determine Hodgmania to be valid. I have not hit the hobo-related sections yet, but did peruse some of the 700 hobo names. It's good stuff and a quality alternative to bad tv shows.

+ Attention oft-injured Snitchers Josh Howard, Grant Hill and AK-47: be very, very careful! After Bosh, Krstic, SeattLewis, J-Smooth and now Chris Paul were bit by the bug, my depleted squad just can't afford any additional boo-boos. It's going to be a rough month or two for SS.

+ After declaring the Eagles season dead to me after week 11, can I at least meander along the back of the 'Birds postseason bandwagon? Garcia's inspired play, evidence of a committment to the run and a defense that has re-discovered how to tackle (Gaither and Considine anyone?) has me feeling that Garcia should have been the starter all along the Eagles are a force to be reckoned with come playoff time.
