I like to support Steve Carrell vehicles. Plus, I usually like movies with an indie-comedy feel to them. Little Miss Sunshine did not disappoint. I recommend Little Miss Sunshine - it is definitely way better than The 40-Year Old Virgin. Not quite as good as A Prairie Home Companion, though. Entertaining, funny, touching, feel good, and funny = LMS.
