Sad Day in Sparkledom

Blah blah-worthy news from Brett today - like the USFL, the clutch and Mr. Sparkle-winning Poker for Picks Fantasy Football League is now defunct. Say it ain't so! 'Tis so. Sigh. Now Mr. Sparkle is on the outside looking in. Could the FFL community be so haterade-filled that they are blackballing the best in the biz? Developing...



To top that off, FOX Sports goes against the grain and hires Brit Hume Joe Buck to host its pregame (FOX NFL Sunday) and postgame (The OT) shows. Some say JB v 2.0. I say you either host the studio business you or call play-by-play - you can't have it both ways.

I would be remiss in not mentioning that the man, the myth, the orange makes his debut on Monday Night Football tonight. I hope to catch most of it, but its going to be tough running against Hell's Kitchen.
