Your brand-spanking new NFL Network game-calling crew will be Bryant Gumbel and Cris Collinsworth. Color me intrigued, as I've always been a Collinsworth fan and am interested in seeing what B-Gumb can bring back to the table.
With all the turnover in NFL-related broadcasting this season, Brett and I were talking about the potential for a mock broadcaster draft. Each participant picks a network to represent (FOX, CBS, NBC, ESPN, NFL Network) and then drafts their fantasy broadcasting teams. Studio people, play-by-play, color commentary, sideline reporter...the whole 9-yards (guffaw, chuckle). We need 5 people - actually 3 other people. Who's in? We need to make this happen!
