Step aside, Tyranosaurus Rex. Move over, Giginotosaurus. There's a new largest carnivore dinosaur on the block, and his name is Spinosaurus.
When I was little, I wanted nothing more than to be a paleontologist or archeologist. Shows like Land of the Lost and movies like The Land that Time Forgot and One Million Years B.C. amazed me. The movies were rarely on tv, but when I saw them in TV Week, I would stay up late to watch them. I couldn't read enough about dinosaurs and always wanted to learn more. Unfortunately, in high school I learned if I wanted to seriously pursue paleontology or archeology I would need to move out West where the good schools were located (or - more accurately - where paleontology and archeology were offered). As you can see, I did not make the leap.
